If you choose to use our service:

First you will be directed to our online consultation service for health conditions. A health clinician will then review the consultation and if satisfied with the answers you provide and if necessary, prescribe you medication. If the health clinician requires further information, they will contact you by email or Site account.

It may be necessary for a consultation to be conducted by phone or in person. Some health conditions require a physical examination. Our clinic is at Unit SF1, Little Heath Ind. Est., CV6 7NB, England.   

We and our agents have the right to refuse medication based on our medical judgment. There is no appeal process if you are refused.

YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SITE OR SERVICES IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY OR AS A REPLACEMENT TO YOUR REGISTERED GP, OR A FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION WITH A PHRAMACIST. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO INFORM YOUR GP ABOUT YOUR CONSULTATION WITH US.

You must keep your account details safe:

Any user identification, password, or other piece of information, whether chosen or provided is confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We reserve the right to disable any user identification or password, whether chosen or provided, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

If you are a consumer, these terms of use, their subject matter and formation are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have sole jurisdiction except where you are a resident of Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter, formation, and any non-contractual disputes or claims are governed by English law. We both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have sole jurisdiction.

If the courts find any particular term within these terms to be unenforceable, all remaining terms will still apply.
