Overview

Lymecycline is an antibiotic used to treat acne.

Who cannot take Lymecycline?

  • Have Lupus (Autoimmune disease)
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • If you have had a previous allergy to Lymecycline
  • Have kidney problems.
  • Have liver problems.
  • Myasthenia gravis (A rare muscle weakening disease)

How does Lymecycline Capsules work?

It works on the bacteria that cause acne which is usually the root cause of the condition therefore eradicating the bacteria and acne.

Lymecycline Capsules dosage

The dose for acne is to take one capsule per day preferably in the morning. The capsule is taken whole with about 200ml of water. The medication is taken with or without food and you are less likely to feel sick if taken with food. Please follow your doctors or pharmacist’s advice before taking this medication.
